When we think of fans we often imagine groups of people dancing and singing in front of a stage at a concert or queuing to watch the premiere of a film on a big screen. However, fans are also found in their homes watching TV or behind their laptops searching for music and TV series. Fans are consumers. 

The Copyright law currently dictates what consumers can and cannot do with copyrighted content.
