The applications for this course are open only to consumer professionals from Poland which work for consumer organisations, the European Consumer Center or national authorities responsible for consumer information and advice.

Selection of participants will be done one month and a half after your application. We will notify you by e-mail of the result of your submission. In order to increase your chances of being selected for the course we encourage you to take our e-module on Consumer Law.

Please note that there will be 3 locations where courses will be organized: Warsaw, Poznan and Krakow. Special conditions apply for the reimbursement of travel and accomodation costs.

Aim of the course:

This 2-day course will provide the selected participants with the relevant background information as well as the essential skills necessary when handling consumer complaints.

The aim of this course is to increase the effectiveness of consumer professionals by introducing them to the communication skills and techniques as well as to ready-to use solutions which can be further used in consumer advice sessions.
