Link https://goo.gl/xuYXSN

What is the role of sustainable finance in reaching the Paris Climate goals? What are the specific proposals towards this goal and which are the challenges facing the implementation of green finance?

On 25 September Bruegel will for the second time host an afternoon event on the role of sustainable finance. The experts’ insights and proposals will feed into the work of the High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance.

Topics to be discussed:

  • Framing the role of finance in society
  • How the transition can be made
  • Specific proposals for green finance
  • Illustrative and inspiring examples of values-based banking
  • Challenges to implementing green finance

The event will be livestreamed on this webpage at 13:00 CET. There is no need to register for the livestream.

To register and for the detailed programme of the event, visit the Bruegel website.
