Who can apply?
Staff working in consumer organisations, consumer advice centres, the European Consumer Centres as well as staff of national authorities and the ministries responsible for consumer information and advice coming from Poland or Slovakia.
The course on Consumer Law is a great chance for participants to enhance their understanding of legal and other instruments used at the European level to protect consumer rights as well as of how these are implemented at the national level. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of consumer organisations by providing them with expertise in EU and national consumer law which can then be used to the benefit of consumers in their own country.
The course on Consumer Advice is a unique and interactive training that helps participants better deal with consumer complaints while improving their interpersonal communication skills.
