Consumer Champion 2-day training course in Warsaw, Poland, was a success! Read on to hear the participants’ opinion and learn more about the content and methodology of the course.
Every year, Consumer Champion organises local courses in the EU Member States to help consumer professionals improve their skills and knowledge on Consumer Law and Advice. Yesterday, the first Consumer Law course organised in Poland this year kicked off in Warsaw.
During the 2-day training course on Consumer Law, participants were given the chance to network with their peers from across the country and learn with professional trainers in their native language. Some of the topics explored were: unfair contract terms and unfair commercial practices, distance and doorstep selling, enforcement and consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
The participants’ feedback
Magda Witan from the European Consumer Centre in Poland says:

Justyna Bączyk-Rodziewicz from the Consumer Ombdusman office in Poznan:
“I appreciate this course very much for all the consumer law cases discussed. This is very useful for our daily work where we face a lot of consumer complaints. This course should last longer.”
