The Consumer Advice course is a 2-day event designed by Consumer Champion to empower consumer professionals in their daily work. How? Read the news to find it out.
On 23 and 24 November, the Consumer Advice course was held in Bratislava, Slovakia. For the first time in the country, consumer professionals had the chance to learn with professional trainers and dynamic exercises how to communicate in the most efficient way with customers seeking advice.
The course highlights:
20 consumer professionals from Slovakia which work for consumer organisations, the European Consumer Center or national authorities responsible for consumer information and advice attended the class.
Thanks to the networking and debate opportunities given by the course, participants managed to raise and discuss the consumer issues that most affect Slovakia: starting from the financial sector where insurance and credit independent firms often carry on unfair practices, to the energy and telecommunications contracts which are the most worrisome for consumers.
