Consumer Champion in Warsaw to train Polish consumer professionals on communications skills.
On 23 and 24 October, Consumer Champion is in Warsaw, Poland for the training course ‘Consumer Advice’. This is a unique opportunity for consumer professionals to learn how to give their customers the best piece of advice and how to communicate with them.
Most of the times, EU citizens contact consumer centres and organisations to complain about a purchase or to seek advice and information about their rights as consumers.
The 2-day course on Consumer Advice has the objective to train the participants in establishing and carry out a clear and successful advice session. With the help of the trainers, they apprehend communications’ techniques that take into account the specific psychology and emotions of the consumer.
The course is taught in the national language and allows the participants to face real case scenarios learned from their past experience such as those where they haven’t managed to handle the consumer’s complaint due to the barriers of communication.
Mateusz Sokolowski and Marcin Klukowski from FK office: “Communication, understanding, solution = Consumer Champion”.
Justyna Glabian from Uokik, National consumer protection Authority says: “Acquiring these skills will help us improve consumer protection”.
