Know your air passenger rights with Forbrukerrådet

The Norwegian consumer organisation Forbrukerrådet has developed an interactive tool to help consumers understand what rights they have when they have problems with their flights. 

Consumers can use this online form by filling information such as the airport of departure and arrival as well as the hours of delays. On these basis, the platform will describe the rights the unlucky air passenger is entitled to and even let them send a claim to the faulty airline.

  • Flight is delayed
  • Flight is cancelled
  • Flight is overbooked
  • Problems with luggage
