The e-learning module aims to provide participants with an understanding of the most important elements of the telecommunications legislative and regulatory framework in Europe. It will cover the legislative and regulatory process, the most important actors involved, the framework for consumer rights, the Universal Service Obligation, the different roaming regulations, net neutrality, and ex-ante market regulation.
The chapters on Article 7 - Procedure & Ex-Ante Market Regulation and on The Universal Service and User Rights Directive (USD) have just been updated according to the latest rules.
